A retired bodyguard pretends to be a novice when his humble security company decides to implement a new bodyguard division.

1. Episode 1
Security guard Akira Shimazaki is asked by his boss to the company’s newly created bodyguard division. But his past threatens to ruin everything.
2. Episode 2
Someone starts a fire at the house of human rights advocate Judge Yukinaga. The judge hires Akira and his team of bodyguards to protect his family.
3. Episode 3
The bodyguards get a call from the manager of a famous celebrity. Akira and Takanashi must safely deliver her a "bonus" of 100 million yen.
4. Episode 4
Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Aiko Tachihara asks Akira's team to guard her during a secret meeting away from her official security detail.
5. Episode 5
Ex-soccer player Junya Kono is the reason Akira left his job. But when Junya hires Akira for a new assignment, the team must uncover his true motives.
6. Episode 6
Akira's new client is former prime minister Samejima. Just when he and his team start their assignment, Samejima's granddaughter is almost abducted.
7. Episode 7
Akira agrees to guard his ex-wife Hitomi but tries to draw a line between his personal and professional life. A dinner date takes an unexpected turn.
8. Episode 8
After Murata is unfairly accused, the team works hard to clear his name. Meanwhile, Akira gets a warning that someone might be trying to silence him.
9. Episode 9
Aiko agrees to tell the truth about Murata's death on live TV to clear his name. But before it can happen, Murata's family finds itself in danger.
